Job summary

W3Global is seeking a fabrication technician in the United States to set up and operate equipment such as CNC lathes, plasma cutters, brake presses, and shears to form and assemble metal parts. You will read blueprints, verify dimensions with hand tools, and inspect finished work for accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include meeting production and quality standards and collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with press brakes/benders is a strong plus
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
• Familiarity with CNC, plasma cutting, shearing, or similar fabrication equipment
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
