Job summary

Ross Industrial LLC is seeking candidates for a fast-paced metal fabrication environment in Leola, PA. Both experienced and entry-level applicants are welcome, with training provided and cross-training encouraged to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand production documentation in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Reading blueprints is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate equipment to build metalworking skills.
• Fabricate parts using listed equipment.
• Check parts produced against work tickets for tolerance.
• Machine setup knowledge is a plus.
