Responsibilities

• Select proper tools and materials to perform tasks safely and with high quality.
• Support tarp system installation through cutting, burning, drilling, bolting and welding metals to specifications.
• Deburr and clean all material cuts; ensure welds meet industry quality standards and are fully de-slagged and clean.
• Maintain a safe work environment; wear prescribed PPE and stop work for non-conformances.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor; perform 5-S and keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform simple maintenance to keep equipment safe and operational; lock out unsafe equipment and notify supervisor.
• Perform other duties as directed by Branch Manager or Site Leader.
