King Retail Solutions in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Metal Fabricator Assistant to support the Welder Fabricator in the metal fabrication shop. You will assist with welding operations and operate a variety of hand tools and saws, learning basic operations and handling metal forming, bending and cutting equipment.
This full‑time position requires attention to safety, reading shop drawings, and collaborating to meet production goals. Swing shift hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence including redlines and other technical communication. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization in order to effectively convey concerns or suggestions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
