Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical components, control systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and use hand tools and power tools as needed.
