2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Sales Specialists at Best Buy in Selma, TX. You will help customers explore Meta AR/VR products, demonstrate features, and guide purchases. The role emphasizes a technology-first mindset, training retail staff, and building strong store relationships.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team with weekly pay, paid training, and ongoing development opportunities, while balancing weekend and holiday shifts to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Able to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Own a smartphone (iPhone 11 or Samsung S25) and reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability and some weekday shifts required.
