Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Sales Specialists at Best Buy Chattanooga, TN. You will help shoppers choose Meta AR/VR products, provide information, and create an engaging shopping experience.

No prior Meta knowledge required; full training is provided. You will demonstrate products, build trust, and drive sales while representing both 2020 Companies and Meta in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Comfort with working weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta products to meet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending Meta products.
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain Meta displays, ensuring devices and promotions are showcased.
• Be a Brand Ally, representing Meta and 2020 Companies professionally.
• Partner with retail staff and leaders to share knowledge and improve performance.
• Track customer interactions and sales data using mobile devices and submit reports.
• Work weekends primarily (Friday–Sunday) with some added weekday shifts.
• Foster positive relationships with store staff and local retail environments.
