Job summary

brandbliss, llc is seeking a proficient Meta Ads Manager to set up and optimize local lead generation campaigns across home services. You will build and structure Business Manager accounts, implement Pixel and CAPI, and manage day-to-day campaign execution with a focus on cost per lead and lead quality.

You’ll collaborate with our strategy, design, and dev teams to test offers, creatives, and landing pages, and communicate results clearly to clients who may not be familiar with Ads Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta lead generation for local or service businesses.
• Ability to set up Pixel, CAPI, and conversion events.
• Comfort with small budgets and honest about what they can do.
• Ability to explain results to people who don’t live in Ads Manager.
• Call tracking, CRM, and landing page optimization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and structure Meta/Business Manager accounts for local lead generation.
• Set up and verify pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking so attribution is clean before anything goes live.
• Plan campaign structure, audiences, and creative testing with our team, then run it day to day (budgets, bids, pacing, testing).
• Collaborate on briefs for designers and developers when creative or landing pages are needed.
• Flag problems early and communicate when a client’s budget is too small for meaningful results.
• Report in plain English on cost per lead, lead quality, and what is and isn’t working.
