2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater to support retailers in Inland Empire, CA. You’ll help shoppers choose Meta products, demonstrate features, and ensure an engaging shopping experience. Training is provided.

The role requires weekend availability and a 6-hour minimum weekly schedule with on-call shifts. Competitive weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay:

$23 per hour

Hours:

6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage, weekly hours will vary. Availability Required: Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Location:

Retailers within approximately a 60-mile radius of the market center

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required

Holiday Schedule:

Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key customer shopping days, including holidays and Black Friday

*Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations

• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
