Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence.
• Active security clearance or willingness to obtain one.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
