Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a MES Technician in Greeneville, TN. The role reports to MES systems and focuses on maintaining iGear processes, training staff, and ensuring accurate production reporting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Excel and computer systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 3rd shift availability is expected with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• IT coursework or related technical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and reporting systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve iGear system issues.
• Train new and existing employees on system processes.
• Create and maintain user accounts and login access.
• Monitor production reporting and correct discrepancies.
• Clean and maintain iGear workstations and equipment.
• Restock production-reporting supplies.
• Maintain training records, error logs, and technical documentation.
• Support MES projects and system improvements.
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned.
