Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an associated field (Preferred).
• 7+ years experience in a similar role (Required).
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional large projects.
• Strong requirements gathering experience.
• Proven troubleshooting of legacy applications.
• Solid understanding of modern software development principles.

Responsibilities

• Understand, create, coordinate and execute items in the feature backlog with stakeholders and team.
• Translate business needs into tangible MES solutions and support MES applications.
• Provide technical support to factories and internal partners; troubleshoot and remediate MES issues.
• Maintain and revise user reference materials and documentation for MES apps.
• Contribute to MES strategy development and process improvements.
