Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years MES experience.
• 5+ years implementing Siemens Opcenter Core/Camstar, including design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades.
• 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, documentation, and on/offshore delivery models.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average based on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior leaders to define MES needs and translate requirements into solution functionality.
• Collaborate with technical architects to design Siemens Opcenter Core/Camstar solutions.
• Perform architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES implementations.
• Lead delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to practice growth by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation in MES solutions.
