Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, test, and deploy C# and ASP.NET applications; create and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support manufacturing systems.
• Configure and maintain servers, VMs, workstations, and lineside IT equipment; use tools like SNMP, What's Up Gold, vRealize, and VNC to monitor system health and performance.
• Analyze system logs, debug source code, and create incident reports to resolve production‑impacting issues; serve as an escalation point for MES Technicians.
• Work closely with production engineers, managers, and stakeholders; assist users with manufacturing IT, quality datas, and robot status and communication; train and support MES Technicians.
• Ensure high availability of systems through clustering, replication, backups, and patching; coordinate with network, security, infrastructure and database teams to maintain proper configurations.
