Job summary

Grove Technical Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer focused on Manufacturing Digitalization and SCADA in Dexter, Michigan.

The position is a W2 contract with a preference for four onsite days per week, supporting manufacturing digitalization initiatives and multi-site deployments. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience (or 4+ years with an advanced degree), strong Ignition SCADA experience, Python and PostgreSQL/SQL skills, and exposure to regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Ignition SCADA configuration, programming, and deployment.
• Strong Python and PostgreSQL/SQL skills.
• Experience with manufacturing digitalization and software development.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.
• Software design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and support global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA configuration, programming, and deployment for manufacturing digitalization projects.
• Develop and test software components for scalable deployment across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in regulated environments.
• Provide debugging and troubleshooting support during implementation and rollout.

Hiring: Senior Software Engineer Manufacturing Digitalization / SCADA
