What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage a common code base for MES systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders for efficient project execution
- Develop and optimize MES workflows in alignment with industry standards such as ISA-95
- Lead MES deployment projects, including system configuration, testing, and validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Technology, or a similar field
- Proven hands-on experience as an MES Functional Architect or in a similar role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and IIoT technologies
- Proficiency in SQL databases, scripting, and data integration tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GxP, ITIL, ideally ServiceNow and Jira
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ERP, SCADA, and PLM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Great problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
