Conde InduServices Corp. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the Ponce, PR site. You will lead planning, governance, and successful MES implementation while aligning with enterprise standards and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PM certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing systems, or program management.
• Experience leading MES implementations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations in regulated environments, preferably medical devices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and large technical programs.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for MES initiatives, defining objectives, success metrics, and escalation paths.
• Establish program cadence, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Lead MES planning and execution from initiation to deployment and stabilization.
• Manage integrated schedules, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with site leadership, IT, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and Statements of Work (SOWs); monitor vendor performance.
• Lead risk identification, issue resolution, and change management; ensure PMO governance and compliance.
• Support training, site readiness, and change management to ensure smooth adoption.
• Minimize production disruption during MES implementation.
