Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented Program Manager for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to lead end-to-end initiatives at the Puerto Rico site and across the USA. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, and risks while aligning with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in manufacturing, MES adoption, and regulatory familiarity, with on-site work in Ponce and periodic travel to US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience; 5+ years in project management.
• Experience with MES, medical device quality, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES program planning, governance, and execution across manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate deployment of the global MES template with localizations in Ponce.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure production continuity and smooth transition to steady-state operations.
• Oversee real-time production visibility and eDHR integration.
• Coordinate MES with BPCS ERP, Cornerstone/CSOD and other systems.
• Provide program leadership, objectives, and escalation paths.
• Plan and monitor MES projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and vendor performance management.
• Lead risk, issue, and change management activities.
• Provide executive status reports on progress and financials.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
