Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced MES Engineer to support Siemens Opcenter implementations, configuration, integration, and production support activities within our IoT practice. You will work hands-on across ERP, shop-floor, PLC/SCADA and manufacturing systems to diagnose issues, streamline deployment, and optimize performance.

Based in Augusta, Maine, this role offers exposure to global manufacturing projects, competitive compensation, and Cognizant’s discretionary incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES.
• MES installation, configuration, upgrades, and deployment.
• Integration with ERP, shop-floor, PLC/SCADA, and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshooting and production support.
• SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.

MES Opcenter Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MES Engineer with strong Siemens Opcenter expertise to support implementation, configuration, integration, and production support activities.

Compensation: - $90,000 to $115,000 + COLA and this position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 10/8/2026
