Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations Systems Engineer to collaborate with clients on digital transformation across MES/MOM platforms. You will translate business objectives into technical requirements, design architecture, and plan implementations while leveraging databases and modern programming languages.

The role involves training, change management, and ongoing application support, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on development with OpCenter Electronics/Camstar or OpCenter Discrete.
Minimum 1 year with interface development.
Desirable: MES/MOM workflow component programming.

Responsibilities

Understand client objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Suggest and evaluate system architecture options.
Estimate and plan project work.
Produce and review specifications.
Collaborate with colleagues, clients and vendors on configuration/development of system components.
Program solution components using databases and programming languages (Oracle, SQL Server; C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5).
Prepare and execute test plans.
Create and execute cutover plans.
Assist training and change management activities.
Provide application support services.
