Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Louisville, KY seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment maintenance in a high‑volume environment. You will create reports and dashboards from production data, collaborate with Process Engineers, Production, IT and Maintenance to evaluate MES requirements, and provide MES support including master data maintenance and interfaces.

The role also involves developing MES logic, diagnosing issues, training technicians, and driving OEE, safety and downtime goals while supporting

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting for manufacturing.
Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures in MES/data environments.
Ability to work across IT, process engineering, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Create reports and dashboards from production data stored in databases.
Collaborate with Process Engineers, Production, IT and Maintenance on MES requirements.
Provide MES functionality support including master data, interfaces, and validation.
Develop or modify MES logic and IT applications to improve equipment interfaces.
Perform system configuration changes and integration testing.
Train technicians on systems, software, and diagnostics.
