Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Lebanon, Indiana seeks an MES System Integrator to design, develop, deliver and qualify MES solutions for the new API manufacturing site. You will partner with process automation and operations teams to enable manufacturing excellence while ensuring validated state and regulatory compliance.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours and travel to other sites. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of MES and DCS integration experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and qualify MES solutions for the Lebanon API site.
• Partner with process automation and operations teams to implement MES recipes.
• Assist in validation and lifecycle management of MES interfaces.
• Coordinate with global Lilly teams to align IT roadmaps.
• Help maintain regulatory, quality, and audit readiness for MES systems.
