Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a MES Co-op to support the MES team at the Raritan manufacturing site. You will gain hands-on experience with digital manufacturing technologies that support production of life-changing therapies.

The co-op will work with MES Engineers, Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Validation, and IT on projects that improve operational efficiency, data analytics, and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program in a technical discipline.
• Available to work full time for the applicable co-op term at the Raritan site.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day MES operational activities and system monitoring.
• Assist MES Engineers with Electronic Batch Record configuration, testing, and updates.
• Analyze manufacturing and MES data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support CSV activities, testing documentation, and evidence collection.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MSAT, and IT teams and present updates to stakeholders.
