Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is offering an Automation Co-op at the Raritan manufacturing site. You will work with Automation Engineers and Manufacturing teams to gain hands-on exposure to Delta-V, OSIsoft PI, data platforms, and digital manufacturing solutions used in pharmaceutical production.

Build practical experience in manufacturing automation, support system upgrades, documentation, validation activities, and OT/IT convergence, while developing analytical and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program in a technical discipline.
• Available to work full time for the applicable co-op term at the Raritan site.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities related to manufacturing automation systems (Delta-V, OSIsoft PI).
• Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Help maintain automation documentation and equipment inventories.
• Participate in system upgrades, validation, and qualification activities.
