Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking an MES Automation Engineer to advance MES platforms across North America, align automation with ISA-95 standards, and support enterprise automation initiatives.

You will design, implement, and maintain MES solutions, collaborate with IT and operations, and ensure data integrity and security. You will contribute to manufacturing analytics, ERP integrations, and continuous improvement efforts while traveling up to 25% to support multi-site

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, controls systems, and MES integration.
  • Experience with MES platforms such as Inductive Automation Ignition and Sepasoft MES is required.

  • Lead MES & Automation Initiatives across North America, driving integration, development, and continuous improvement of MES systems.
  • Drive Smart Manufacturing & Data Integration by developing automation and MES solutions, improving process visibility and analytics.
