Job summary

Titan International is seeking an MES Analyst to help integrate machine data across Wheel and Tire manufacturing facilities. You will configure, program, test, and implement MES solutions, working with IT, engineering, and plant operations to boost productivity and data-driven decision making.

The role requires 3+ years in MES or industrial systems, experience with Visual Studio/Android, and PLC exposure. Occasional travel to sites is expected as projects roll out.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
  • Experience with application development (Visual Studio, Android, or similar).
  • Exposure to PLC systems, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude in system configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, program, test, and implement MES solutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Visual Studio and Android platforms.
  • Deploy and support MES tools on web servers and mobile devices.
  • Assist in commissioning new facilities and upgrading existing systems.
  • Integrate and collect machine data across facilities.
  • Develop reporting tools to provide actionable production insights.
  • Support inventory control through system integration and data accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain IGear and proprietary MES platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
  • Collaborate with PLC Controls Engineers, Maintenance, IT Operations, and Plant Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
