Job Description

This role involves working with high-net worth clients with annual revenues of $100k-$5mm. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and providing tailored investment recommendations. The position emphasizes leveraging technology for business growth, profiling clients to understand their investor profile and financial objectives, building a sustainable book of business, and supporting career development within the bank. It is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and passing the necessary background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary actions, including termination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice through client reviews and presentations, assessing financial goals and recommending strategies.
  • Communicate suitable solutions, including core banking, investment, and life solutions.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to share market insights and promote portfolio growth.
  • Utilize the bank’s resources to benefit clients and prospects.
  • Develop and grow a client book to meet financial targets and advance within the firm.
Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey

This program offers training and mentorship to develop skills necessary to become a successful independent financial advisor. It includes working with affluent and high-net-worth clients, developing relationship management skills, and understanding the full suite of financial solutions. Minimum Qualifications
  • Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).

  • Experience in lead generation and client development.
  • Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
  • Insurance licenses and strong computer skills.
