During this stage, the Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (Merrill FSA) will receive training and guidance through a defined path to become a financial advisor. You will work with both affluent and high net worth clients, identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations. This role helps develop relationship management skills necessary to operate in an Elite Growth Practice (EGP). Located in a Merrill branch, this position offers a pathway to a career within Merrill Wealth Management, with opportunities for growth after demonstrating success as an MFSA.
This position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration processes. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
