Our financial advisors help clients pursue their envisioned life through one-on-one or team-based relationships, built on mutual trust, shared ownership, and accountability. We operate as one company, leveraging the power of Merrill's investment platform and Bank of America banking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a full range of goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, including assessment of client needs.
  2. Maintain a robust knowledge of the firm's latest planning tools, techniques, and strategies.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with the management team and inform them of circumstances requiring supervisory attention per compliance policies.
  4. Source prospective clients and capitalize on referrals.
  5. Deliver customized solutions utilizing the full resources of Bank of America Merrill.
  6. Understand all aspects of an optimal practice and complete necessary training and development.
Required Skills
  1. FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required with 5+ years of experience.
  2. Established and portable practice with at least $1MM in production.
  3. Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth.
  4. Proven relationship building and business development skills.
Desired Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  2. Proven ability in lead generation and partnership.
  3. Experience balancing investment management, sales, and new client development.
  4. Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Highly entrepreneurial.
Additional Details

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Range: $48,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.

This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan, with performance-based incentives detailed by the specific plan.
