Job summary

Precision Technologies is seeking a skilled full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. You will build backend services, design MongoDB schemas, and integrate frontends with APIs and GraphQL.

Applicants should have strong experience in Node.js/Express.js, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, plus secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and RBAC. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design MongoDB schemas, indexes, and data models for high performance.
• Integrate frontends with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and RBAC.
• Develop real-time features with WebSockets and event-driven architectures.
• Create and run unit/integration/end-to-end tests with Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar.
• Containerize and deploy with Docker/Kubernetes on AWS/Azure/GCP; support scalable architecture.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product, and business teams to fix issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN technology stack.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases, collections, schemas, indexes, aggregation pipelines, queries, and data models for high-performance applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, third-party services, payment platforms, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect, role-based access control, and secure session management.
• Develop asynchronous, event-driven, and real-time applications using WebSockets, Socket.IO, message queues, and event-based architectures.
• Implement automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, Playwright, Supertest, or equivalent frameworks.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP while implementing scalable and highly available application architectures.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or other DevOps automation tools.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, production incidents, security vulnerabilities, and integration problems while collaborating with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product, and business teams.
