• Ability to build modular, loosely coupled, reusable, and maintainable software components

Role and Responsibilities

• 25% - Lead and mentor a growing, distributed team of developers, promoting best practices such as testing, code review, reuse, and refactoring.
• 25% - Proactively troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues early, optimizing applications for stability, security, speed, and scalability. Provide hands-on support and maintenance.
• 50% - Contribute to MERN stack development, designing and implementing application architecture across multiple services and tiers. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders.
