HubXpert is seeking a WebOps Team Lead with strong React.js and MERN Full Stack skills to guide the WebOps team. The role involves mentoring developers, collaborating with clients, and delivering robust web applications.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with CMS development, HubSpot CMS, and RESTful APIs, plus leadership experience managing small to mid-size teams. Hybrid work available from Apollo road, Bashundhara.

Your Responsibility

• Lead and manage the WebOps team, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy dynamic web applications.

Skills & Qualification

• Strong expertise in React.js and the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Hands-on experience with CMS development and integration.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies, including RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 + years of experience in web development, with a focus on React.js and the MERN stack.
• Experience in leading a small to medium team.
