Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-profile M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and complex deals
• Advise clients on strategic matters, negotiate terms, structure deals, and advise on RWI and other deal elements
• Handle key documents such as purchase agreements and disclosure schedules
• Manage due diligence process and client relationships from start to finish
• Advise on M&A and business entity governance matters
• Consult on entity choice and business restructuring
