Job Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting high-profile M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and complex deals
• Advising clients on strategic matters, including negotiating terms, structuring deals, and advising on RWI and other deal elements
• Handling key documents such as purchase agreements and disclosure schedules
• Managing the due diligence process and client relationships from start to finish
• Advising on M&A and business entity governance matters
• Consulting on entity choice and restructuring

Candidate Requirements

• Barred in OH
• Reside in Northeast Ohio
• 3+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
