Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and analyzing potential acquisition opportunities
  • Preparing investment review packages for the management team
  • Performing due diligence (including managing third-parties), valuation analysis, and proposal development for potential acquisition candidates
  • Drafting letters of intent, purchase agreements and ancillary documents in conjunction with senior management and members of the board of directors to efficiently close transactions
  • Wearing multiple hats if needed and being a team player in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior analyst-level experience in accounting, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or direct lending
  • OR 1-3 years of prior analyst-level experience ideally with a top‑tier consulting firm, specifically supporting PE in due diligence or M&A
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software for analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience at a multi‑site acquisition driven organization is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees a plus
  • Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth given the exposure to the entire deal process; from sourcing, through integration, to execution
