A part-time Head Coach is needed for the varsity tennis program at a leading college in Raleigh, NC. The role involves managing team operations, scheduling, recruiting, and ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have coaching experience and a commitment to student-athlete development.
Coach, organize and administer the varsity tennis program. Direct all aspects of team management including staff responsibilities, practice sessions, scheduling, travel, player academic progress, budget control, equipment and public relations. Be knowledgeable and follow NCAA Division III and USA South Athletic Conference policies and procedures regarding intercollegiate athletics. Demonstrate a commitment to the athletics department mission. Head coach reports to the Athletics Director. This position is part-time, 10 months.
