Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide versatile patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more. You will support multiple units, maintain patient rights, and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless care delivery within Mercy’s Nursing Practice Model.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years bedside RN experience, an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred), Missouri RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain nursing accountability and follow Mercy Service Standards.

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

We offer flexible sign-on bonus options to fit your needs:

• Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
• Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License: Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
