As part of the Software Validation team, you will be part of a team that designs and executes testing for mobile applications, embedded controllers, and dealer service tools.
The testing is documentation driven, so an applicant with great documentation and communication skills is a must.
Someone who has a curious and creative mind to come up with new test cases and has a willingness to learn is another must.
With Mercury having a wide variety of testing needs, applicants need to be flexible and able to move from one type of project to another when needed.
Validation tasks are performed using simulators as well as on-vessel.
In addition to performing validation tasks, the applicant may also be required to aid in the design and setup of test fixtures, as well as help design and implement automated test software.

Co-ops and Interns are expected to work a full 40-hour work week
As a co-op or intern, you will receive feedback and performance reviews throughout your assignment. We value the importance for interns to understand their progress and areas for improvement.
The pay range for this position is $18.00-27.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school/credits earned, degree, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
