Job summary

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Directly supervise a small team of warehouse associates.
• Manage key departmental metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes using lean manufacturing techniques; make recommendations and implement changes.
• Establish work procedures and assign duties to meet production schedules.
• Monitor employee work to ensure compliance and satisfactory progress.
• Interpret company policies to employees.
• Demonstrate and enforce plant safety rules.
• Review employee performance and provide regular status updates to upper management.
• Hold regular communication meetings with warehouse associates.
• Enhance employee engagement by identifying involvement opportunities.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Permanent US work authorization.
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with at least 48 completed credits.
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) from May through August 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
• Lead by example with consistent application and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $18.00 to $27.50, depending on education, experience, skills, and business needs.
