Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of top partners, enabling growth and operational improvements.
• Serve as the partner point of contact, resolving inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally withSales, Operations, Product and other teams to drive growth opportunities.
• Set and track account KPI targets in quarterly business reviews, including expansions and rollouts.
• Support leadership in setting and executing organizational strategy; travel up to 20% per quarter.
