Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing introductory information for new merchants.
• Ensure merchant questions are answered satisfactorily and the merchant is satisfied with service.
• Determine quickest and most effective ways to answer questions for merchants or partners.
• Escalate queries and troubleshoot issues with uncommon twists.
• Board new front-end accounts in processing platforms.
• Assist with installation of new hardware and troubleshoot problems.
