Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Merchant Account Support Analyst to join our team at a leading wholesale ISO. This full-time remote position plays a critical role in monitoring and managing merchant credit card processing accounts, ensuring seamless transactions, and mitigating potential risks. Quarterly travel for face-to-face meetings is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor merchant credit card processing accounts for unusual activity and risk indicators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues promptly.
  • Analyze payment transactions for potential fraud, chargebacks, and compliance concerns.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to assess and manage risk exposure.
  • Respond to merchant inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyze and interpret transaction data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of interchange rates and their impact on merchant processing.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the credit payments industry is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with merchants and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of interchange rates is a plus.
  • Experience working with Fiserv tools is a plus.
