Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations, ensuring accurate displays, pricing, and signage across the store. You’ll create inviting product layouts and help customers when needed, while maintaining safety and accessibility.

The role emphasizes weekday schedules, benefits, and a strong training path within the Merchandising Services Team. Part-time employment with growth opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more with/without assistance

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information store-wide.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and up-to-date.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-ons and arrange displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned
