Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations and ensure displays and signage are accurate and appealing. You will create eye-catching product setups and help customers when opportunities arise, contributing to a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital maintenance.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
