Dollar Tree in Minnesota seeks a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering positive experiences for the communities we serve. In this role, you'll focus on merchandising and processing freight to keep shelves stocked and appealing.

Your day-to-day duties include assisting with all store functions, performing opening and closing procedures, protecting assets, maintaining clean and organized areas, and executing corporate directives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
