Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and offering guidance on self-service technology.
• Assists with supervision of associates, assigns duties, trains staff, and helps ensure high standards of member service.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the sales floor, handles merchandise, and ensures proper pricing, displays, and organization.
• Monitors product quality, handles returns, and supports inventory processes and loss prevention measures.
• Leads teams, communicates goals, and participates in recruiting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
