Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and updating shelves to boost sales. You will track inventory and assist with onboarding new hires, scheduling, and reporting.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will interact with customers and management, ensuring safety and service excellence while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with using a phone or tablet to record work after shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
