Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays and manage product rotation. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while contributing to sales opportunities.

The role welcomes individuals 18+, with training provided; physical work is required and a reliable commute is essential. Opportunities for advancement and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
