Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Merchandiser Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, IA to recruit, train and develop a team of 24 merchandisers, ensuring POS execution and accurate pricing in assigned markets. You will route merchandisers and uphold high customer service while supporting store visibility.

The role requires 3 years merchandising experience, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and willingness to work five consecutive days with weekends as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

• Adhere toKDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

• This position will be based out of our Cedar Rapids, IA facility; supporting customer's stores in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Iowa City, IA and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of 24 Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends as required
