Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dedicated full-time team member for a Monday–Friday 6am shift to service the Lansing region. This position offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO and Education Reimbursement.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes, train merchandisers on standards and safety, monitor field performance using company systems, assign work to meet demand, and ensure policy compliance across routes. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership.
• High School diploma with 5–7+ years related experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes and customer service.

• Monitor operational effectiveness using company systems for policy compliance and performance.
• Assign and adjust work to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
